Cody Hagerman,  Partner
Hardly a newcomer to the investment real estate scene, Cody brings more than 17 years of sales experience to the HFO team. His keen understanding of both sides of the real estate transaction gives him an extra sensitivity to the needs and concerns of HFO clients. Prior to founding HFO, Cody was regularly a top producer at some of Portland's top brokerage firms.

Greg Frick,  Partner
One who leads by example, Greg sets the HFO standard for customer service, with more than 15 years of experience to his name. He believes that long-term client relationships must be earned, and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and attention to detail in order to achieve them. Greg's professional background includes work at some of Portland's leading brokerage firms.

Tim O'Brien,  Partner
"Off-the-shelf solution" is not in Tim's vocabulary. Tim believes that each client must be treated as an individual, and strives to develop investment strategies based upon the unique goals and objectives of each investor. His 13-plus years in multifamily properties and background in business-to-business marketing has helped shape HFO's marketing and outreach programs.

Rob Marton,  Sale Associate
Before joining HFO, Rob Marton was a broker with a successful mid market firm and prior to that got his initial training and started out at a national brokerage company where he focused exclusively on apartment sales. Rob's local apartment knowledge and 20+ years in sales make him a great addition to the HFO team.

Connie Haan,  Sr. Director of Transactions
If there is any question as to the importance HFO places upon providing excellent client service, consider Connie Haan, our Senior Director of Transactions.  As a former Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and Assistant VP with Ticor Title, connie brings more than 20 years of leadership to our transaction management team.  She is widely regarded as one of the market's most respected commercial title and escrow officers. 

Aaron Kirk Douglas,  VP of Research and Marketing
It's Aaron's job to create highly targeted marketing programs for each client and to manage HFOs Investor Roundtable series, newsletters, and our "Northwest Apartment Investor" blog. Aaron has won national marketing awards for his innovative efforts as former marketing director at Miller Nash and Barran Liebman law firms, and multiple film festival awards for his creative work in documentaries.
